π° Setting up Payment Wallet Address
π¬ What is a Payment Wallet Address?β
Your Payment Wallet Address is the public address of an Ethereum-compatible wallet (it starts with 0x... and is 42 characters long). This is the address where you'll receive crypto rewards when you win a Quest.
β Best Practices (Doβs)β
- β
Use an Ethereum-compatible address
(e.g., wallets created via MetaMask, Rabby, Trust Wallet, etc.) - β
If using an EOA (Externally Owned Account)
Make sure you control the private key of this wallet. - β
If using a Smart Contract address (e.g. Gnosis Safe)
Ensure you have permission to move funds from it. - β
Use wallets like MetaMask or Rabby
These are widely supported and make it easy to manage and move funds.
β What Not to Do (Donβts)β
- β Do NOT use your Lunor Account ID as a Payment Address
Using it will cause your rewards to get stuck. - β Never share your private key
Anyone with your private key can access and steal your funds. Always keep it secure and private.
π TL;DRβ
| β Do's | β Don'ts |
|---|---|
| Use a wallet you control | Donβt use your Lunor Accout ID |
| Prefer MetaMask or Rabby | Donβt share your private key or Seed Phrase |
| Ensure smart contract wallets are accessible | Donβt use unsupported chains |
